AI readiness assessment, delivered in five days

Many organisations are already using AI, but aren't sure where to take it next. Our five-day assessment looks at your business objectives, data, governance and team capabilities. It identifies where you are today, which use cases are worth pursuing and what is needed to get started.

Readiness is assessed across four areas

Each area is assessed, with the specific gaps behind it, so you know exactly what to fix.

01

Objectives

What the business unit wants from AI, a sponsor who owns the outcome, and how value will be measured.

02

Data

Where it sits, its quality, who owns it, how it is accessed and how sensitive it is.

03

Governance

Policy on AI use, security, data protection, approval routes and risk ownership.

04

Team

The skills in place, the capacity to take on new work, and where training would help.

What you get from the assessment

01

Readiness assessment

An assessment of the four areas, showing where you are well prepared and where there are gaps.

02

Ranked use case list

A list of potential use cases, ranked by business value, data readiness, complexity, speed to value and scalability.

03

Roadmap

A proposed sequence for taking the use cases forward, including dependencies.

04

First pilot scope

A defined scope and success criteria for the first pilot, ready to take into an AI Lab.

05

Skills view

An assessment of the skills you have and where training would help.

06

Leadership readout

A presentation of the findings to your leadership team, with an opportunity to discuss and challenge the recommendations.

Yours to keep, whether or not you go further.

The assessment starts with a 60-minute scoping call with your sponsor and IT or data lead. Everything we produce belongs to you. The five days do not need to be consecutive and are scheduled around the availability of your people.
